Customer Service Rep (CSR) Job Description

Establishing relationships with customers and taking orders over the phone.

Professional and highly organized with paperwork and work flow.

Providing excellent service to our walk in customers

Managing customer and vendor invoicing.

Generating credit memos and credit references
Managing A/R and A/P at the branch level for vendors and customers
Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner.

Applicants should have professional communication skills and presence on the phone. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word a must. 1-2 years of sales experience in a manufacturing or construction industry a definite plus.
